This site, which has had many incarnations over the years, used to be focused (ha!) on photography.  With its long-overdue migration to the WordPress platform, it will continue to feature photography but also include a semi-organized collection of other topics including WordPress hosting and administration, programming tidbits, home building, kayaking, and whatever else catches my fancy.

I can’t say I’m “the one and only” Paul Duncan.  But I am the one and only Paul Duncan who is a photographer, software engineer, lifetime resident of New York State (Ithaca, Plattsburg, Hawkeye, Whitesboro, Saranac Lake, Endicott, Vestal, Apalachin, Owego, and, soon, Newfield),  frequent visitor and sometimes-resident of the Adirondacks, and inveterate curmudgeon. I’m also married to Lori who delights me with her willingness to be my life buddy and co-conspirator.
